01 — Consultancy
Vastu consultancy
Vastu advice is most valuable before anything is built, when the direction of the entrance, the placement of the kitchen, the position of the water tank and the slope of the plot can still be arranged without cost.
For a house already standing, an assessment identifies what genuinely matters and what can be corrected with modest changes. Recommendations are practical and take the family's budget into account.

02 — Drawings
Building plans, 2D and 3D
Floor plans and elevations drawn to scale, plus 3D views so the family can see the house properly before committing money to it. Far cheaper to move a wall on the drawing than after it is plastered.
Drawings are prepared in the format required for municipality or panchayat approval, with the setbacks and coverage rules already accounted for.

03 — Engineering
Structural design
Footings, columns, beams and slabs designed for the actual soil conditions and the loads the building will carry — including the floors the owner may add in ten years' time.
This is the one part of a house nobody ever sees and everybody depends on. Steel quantities are specified precisely, which protects both the strength of the building and the budget.

04 — Costing
Estimate & valuation
An itemised estimate — quantity by quantity, rate by rate — that you can hold a contractor to. A single lump-sum figure on a piece of paper is where most cost disputes begin.
Property valuation is also prepared for bank loan purposes, sale, purchase or family settlement.

05 — Interiors
Interior design
Room layouts, wardrobes, kitchen platform and storage, false ceiling and finishes — planned to the budget you set, in materials actually available in and around Keonjhar rather than in a catalogue.

06 & 07 — Building
Construction & site supervision
Full construction with our own labour and machinery, or supervision of yours. Either way the site is run on a written daily record — labour attendance, every delivery logged against the supplier's challan, machinery hours metered.
Extra work is agreed and signed before it is carried out. That single habit prevents most of the arguments that sour a building project at payment time.
